Return Policy

All items must be returned in their original condition – clean (please pay attention to makeup or deodorant traces), unworn and with all tags attached – together with the returns form and the original package (pink box and brown box).All returns without pink lace will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. Please note that no returns will be accepted after the 14 days free return window.

When asking for a return, please make sure to flag all the items you want to return. Only the items selected during the return process will be refunded. If you have to return items from multiple orders, please request a return for each order separately.

LSP monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Returns are always free for customers in the United States and Canada. Other countries can still benefit of our easy shipping services for returns at the following price:


  • Free returns from Canada and the United States.   
  • $45 for returns from Mexico.   
  • $45 for returns from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Costa Rica.   

The cost of a return is automatically deducted from your refund.

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

If you’re feeling unsure about our sizing, please head over to our size guide and check the measurements. Our returns are always free, but we ask that you keep them to a minimum so that we, together, can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights. 

How to Return Your Shipment

  • Make sure that the items you want to return meet the quality requirements specified in this policy.
  • Attach some photos if your product is damaged or defective and choose the reason why you are requesting a return. 
  • Choose your preferred refund type.
  • Send the return request.
    Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for our team to provide you with a status update regarding your return request.
  • If your request is accepted, carefully place the items and the invoice for the order in their original packaging and apply the shipping label you have received via email on the box.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest DHL drop-off point. For a list of drop-off points, visit this link.
  • Once your package is received, the products will pass through our quality check process.
    Please note that his operation can take up to 3 business days.
    If the return matches our criteria, you will receive a notification and your refund will be processed. 

Getting a Refund

The refund will be made within 10 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. Please note that due to the current situation, refund processes might be affected by delays.

Please note, the refund will be issued on the payment method used to purchase your items on our website. 

Once your refund has been issued, it might take up to 10 business days for you to see it in your statement.

Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards will automatically be refunded as store credit.
